Out on the promenade as the weather was excellent this afternoon and what’s more I wasn’t sure how long we have the freedom to operate from the beach area.

Propagation was open on both 17m and 20m into USA, Carribean, Canada, South America and Africa.

One particularly interesting contact was to EA8/G4OUK on 17m who is on lock down in Fuerteventura, fortunately he had taken his Xiegu G90 radio and was running low power from his balcony using a short wire antenna and he was 59 onto the bike.
