Why Bicycle or Pedestrian Mobile?

Firstly due to local electrical interference at home generating very high standing noise levels on most of the HF bands it makes operating difficult.
The noise level on the beach is zero and I am around 2 minutes walk from the beach from my home and even quicker on my bike!

Secondly the performance obtained when near to the sea water is amazing and well worth the effort of constructing and operating this type of station.

Thirdly its good exercise whilst still enjoying the hobby!
